Our use of the term “Industrial Sheds” covers a broad range of sheds.
In general they are for business operations or where there will be people working in the shed or where the shed may be used for some other purpose that

There are a number of framing options available
For Smaller Industrial or Commercial Buildings:
Heavy duty C-section Galvanised Steel Framing is most common in smaller industrial or commercial buildings, shelters and small sheds.
For Large Industrial or Commercial Buildings:
Universal Beam (UB) columns and Open Web Joist (OWJ) or UB roof trusses are usually used in big sheds for warehouses, factories etc. These sheds can be designed as big as you need them.
When sheds reach up into this MEGA SHED level, you certainly want assurance that they are going to be super-strong to withstand the internal and external pressures placed upon them.
The spans are enormous, the heights incredible, the weight of the materials used to build it alone are massive. Then add the wind pressure against the vast areas of walls and roof (both in uplift and down pressure aspects) and you know that your new Industrial Shed needs to be strong enough to handle the load.
